Cali Sun’ is again the story of the dreamer,” says D∆WN .”That first dream that you had, there’s a sense of bigness when you’re walking into it. Dreams rise like the sun and set like the sun: One minute it is high and bright, the next minute you might lose It.” said D∆WN.

With Adele’s new album 25 currently out right now, New Orleans songstress D∆WN decided to honor the singer when she put her twist on the singers current single “Hello” with help from producer Swagg R’Celious.

In her new interview with Pitchfork  D∆WN talked about the new cover saying,

“I’m always skeptical about doing covers,”  “If I do them, I usually take them and morph them into my own. For example, when I covered Katy Perry’s ‘Dark Horse’ my producer and I sat down to create a distinct sound for the track. Recreating ‘Hello’ was no different because I had the urge to cover it in my own way. I just couldn’t resist a record that was so well-written.”
