Before Lizzo hits the VMA stage this Monday,
she came to remind everyone why her song Truth Hurts should be #1 as she adds DaBaby to her single.

While Lizzo’s verse stays the same, DaBaby adds a little more flavor to the top 5 billboard hit as he raps

“I just took a DNA test, and it told me I’m the realest pretty chocolate n*gga and I can have a b*tch from Harvard with a eight-year degree I prolly still rather pull up where a hood b*tch”.

Grammy award winning creatives Chuck Harmony and Claude Kelly, created nothing but hits for some of our favorite artists such as Christina Aguilera,Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Jessie J, Kelly Clarkson, Rihanna and more, but today the duo cranks out a new hit for themselves titled “Don’t You forget.”

Backed by live instruments the new single gives you that nostalgic 80s vibe with a touch of today’s modern sound. As the song made its debut today, Louis York chatted with Billboard about their new song.

We weren’t chasing to be artists at all. We’re happy to be behind the scenes. But the more we did, we started to see and hear all the things that were missing in terms of sound and topics and male voices — singing black men, black American voices. We felt like we were charged to filling the gaps, which is what spurred us to do this. It’s a heart mission more than an ego mission.

Don’t You Forget serves as the lead song from their forthcoming debut album, The American Griots due out this fall.which releases on October 18 via Weirdo Workshop. Check out the song below.

After announcing her headlining Sketch Book tour this week, Fantasia returns this week with the release of her new song ‘PTSD’ featuring T-Pain.

“This was a much edgier song for me but one that I felt was needed on the Sketchbook album. Many people have experienced disappointment in the pursuit of love, but refuse to let one bad experience dictate their entire outlook on love & romance overall.”

This new mid-tempo banger serves as the follow up to her single Enough which reached #2 on the Billboard Adult R&B. Check out the new song below.
