Country music has a new artist that is making a name for himself, and his name is Willie Jones. The Louisiana native first turned heads while on the X Factor at the age of 17 giving more spotlight for the limited representation of African-Americans in country music. After releasing his debut “Runs In Our Blood.”, Willie returns with his EP “Road Waves.”

Road Waves is a soulful, feel good, fresh take on country music and the soundtrack to my life. I touch on love, family, boozin’, and heartbreak. These are things I feel that we all can connect to in some way. The overall message of Road Waves is owning who you are. In my book, if you can have a staring contest with yourself in the mirror and win, you’re living right.”
