Off the heels of her highly-praised performances at the GRAMMY Awards and Super Bowl LIV, multi-platinum singer/songwriter Demi Lovato is proving that she is back stronger than ever with the release of an up-tempo, self-reflective new single “I Love Me.”  Written by Lovato, Sean Douglas, Keith Sorrells, Alex Niceforo, Jennifer Devilveo, Rose Nicholson, and Warren Felder, “I Love Me” sends a message of self-love and being confident in your skin, regardless of the past and present. After the chorus ponders, “I wonder when I love me is enough,” the lyrics come to the matter-of-fact realization, “But I’m a ten out of ten, even when I forget.”

The official video, directed by Hannah Lux Davis (Ariana Grande, Drake, Nicki Minaj), brings the lyrics’ uplifting message to life and opens with a battle between alter-egos that stem from the past. Demi fiercely overcomes them and reemerges with a renewed perspective, leaving the past behind her and the colorful world at her fingertips.
