Ariana Grande is enjoying the success of her first-ever Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 with her smash-hit, “thank u, next.” While the song still sits at number 1, the pop singer returns with its follow-up. “Imagine” is the latest single off Ariana’s upcoming fourth studio LP.

Ari is currently in the studio finishing up her new album thank u, next, the follow-up to August’s Sweetener. “This album’s not particularly uplifting,” she told Billboard. “A lot of it sounds really upbeat, but it’s actually a super sad chapter.”

After showing off behind the scenes photos and videos, Ariana Grande has finally unleashed her new video for Thank U, Next. Ariana pays tribute to cult classic films such as tributes classics such as ‘Bring It On,’ ‘Legally Blonde,’ and ‘Mean Girls,’ in the cinematic clip, directed by Hannah Lux Davis.

“Thank U, Next,” which was inspired by Grande’s famous ex-boyfriends including Mac Miller, Big Sean, and Pete Davidson, has spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Check out the new clip below.

One week after releasing her new single Thank U, next Ariana Grade returns this week with her Hannah Lux Davis-directed video for Breathin.

Just recently Ariana performed her new single “thank u, next” for the first time on Wednesday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Inspired by The First Wives Club, Ari was joined by the song’s co-writers, Victoria Monét and Tayla Parx. Dressed in all white, the ladies performed synchronized moves on stage, which was set up to look like a wedding reception from the 1996 movie.

Just three months after releasing her album sweetner Ariana Grande is already back in the studio working on her follow up LP. Last night the pint size singer unleashed her new song ‘THANK U, NEXT’ as she addressed her high-profile relationships with Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, Mac Miller, and her former fiancé Pete Davidson.

Instead of taking the bitter route airing out their dirty laundry, Ariana decided to thank her ex’s and what they taught her. “Thought I’d end up with Sean / But he wasn’t a match,” she sings on the Victoria Monét-penned track. “Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh / Even almost got married / And for Pete I’m so thankful / Wish I could say thank you to Malcolm / ‘Cause he was an angel.”

Starting next spring, Grande will return to the road on her “Sweetener World Tour.” The 42-date North American arena trek kicks off March 18 in Albany, NY and continue through June 18 at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
