H.E.R is back once again with new music. After releasing her YBN Cordae-assisted song “Racks,” which last month, the young singer comes back with her new track 21. While releasing the new song H.E.R., revealed the inspiration behind the song saying “I wrote this song when I turned 21. It was one of the best years of my life!” she said. “I’m experiencing all the things I prayed for as a kid and more. The scary part is, it’s just the beginning.”

The celebratory video, which just dropped today, showcases the whirlwind year H.E.R. experienced as a 21-year-old while inspiring others to pursue their dreams.

This past Sunday H.E.R graced the BET Awards main stage as she and YBN Cordae performed “Lord Is Coming,” which appears on H.E.R.’s 2018 EP I Used to Know Her: Part 2. This week the two collaborate again as H.E.R unleashed her new single Racks.

“Married to the mullah / Still ain’t got no lover,” she sings. “All of your racks and things / They don’t relax the pain.” Check out the new song below.

This morning singer H.E.R made a huge announcement as she will be kicking off her first R&B festival. In partnership with Live Nation Urban, H.E.R will headline theLights On Festival, at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, Calif. on Sept. 14.

With performance as from H.E.R., the event is also set to feature performances by Jhené Aiko, Daniel Caesar, Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Kiana Ledé, and DaniLeigh. The R&B-driven bill also includes Melii, Lucky Daye, Marc E. Bassy, LONR, Tone Stith, bLAck pARty, and Rayana Jay.

Pre-sale tickets will be available starting Wednesday, June 12, while general on-sale tickets go on sale Friday, June 14, at LightsOnFest.com.

2019 has been great for H.E.R, after winning two Grammy wins and performing at Coachella, things have been nothing but uphill for the talented singer/songwriter. While currently crafting her debut LP. H.E.R took today to unleash her brand new video for Hard Place.

In the new clip, H.E.R finds her relationship gets tested. After a joint gig with her boyfriend, a label rep tries to sign H.E.R. After taking the meeting we see H.E.R. career skyrocket as her boyfriend is left still playing small club gigs.

Last week rising singer H.E.R scored 5 Grammy nominations and continues to prove why she is an icon in the making the multitalented singer showed off her talents during a stripped-down set for NPR’s “Tiny Desk Concert” series. Backed by her band, H.E.R performed her tracks “Feel a Way,” “Hard Place,” “Going (Interlude)” and more from her EP’s The Prelude and Part 2‘ and last month’s I Used to Know Her: Part 2 EP.

“I’m so excited to be here. This is like a dream come true for me,” she told the audience. “I feel like Tiny Desk is the best way to experience your favorite artist, not that I’m your favorite artist, but maybe me being here today says a lot.”

Back in August H.E.R. released  I Used to Know Her: The Prelude EP, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard R&B chart.  Today the R&B singer surpsised her fans when she unleashed the sequal to her #1 hit EP.

The eight-track project with titles like “Carried Away,” “I’m Not OK,” “Take You There” and “Fate.” The new music comes ahead of H.E.R.’s 21-date North American tour, kicking off Nov. 10 in Atlanta and running until Dec. 20 in San Francisco.

Not long after releasing part 2 to her EP, H.E.R. came back with the release of her new video “Could’ve Been feat Bryson Tiller. The song was featured on the first part of her EP  I Used to Know Her: The Prelude.
