Jhené Aiko has just premiered her self-directed visual for her newest single “Maniac” which is slated to be the lead single off her upcoming, untitled sophomore solo LP. The visual is extremely dark yet has a very sexy undertone to it as if was a scene lifted from the 50 shades of Grey movie or something from American Horror Story as it sees her straddling a mannequin, gagged and tied up in a hospital bed.
