Yesterday Morning Grammy Nominated singer Lucky Daye released his brand new track “Candy Drip” which serves as the title track to his upcoming sophomore album. “Pretty white dress, how’d he get between us?/Pretty white dress, hope nobody see us,” Daye sings on the new sultry track.

In addition to the new album, Lucky Daye will head out on a tour this Spring . The tour will be his first since 2019’s Painted Tour.

Lucky Daye continues to drop new music, today the signer unleashed his new single “Over,” along with the video featuring Jordyn Woods. The single, which samples Musiq Soulchild “Halfcrazy” is a tale of trying to maintain a relationship while being in the celebrity lifestyle.

Kaytranada ended 2019 with his surprise album BUBBA, and while a tour was announced it was put on hold due to COVID. To keep his fans happy the Montreal based producer linked up with Lucky Daye for the new track Look Easy.

“There’s just so many tracks that just didn’t make [BUBBA],” Kaytranada told Zane Lowe in an interview in December. “I intended to put out in two parts. I’m definitely going to do something kind of different on the next one … So that’s going to be a more personal one.” Check out what the two created below.

After celebrating the one-year anniversary of his debut LP Painted with another remix of “Roll Some Mo,” Grammy-nominated singer Lucky Daye surprised his fans when he revealed the release of his all-new track “Shoulda” featuring Babyface. The latest release details a relationship that has gone astray, with one partner wondering why the other has left them. “Said you wanted romance/Well I gave you a lot,” Daye sings over a stripped-back beat. “Said you wanted mountains, hills/I put you on top.”

While the song features Babyface, Lucky Daye track also borrows a familiar melody from Toni Braxton’s Should Brought You Home. Earlier this year, Daye released the song “Fade Away” as part of The Photograph soundtrack, as well as his first remix for “Roll Some Mo” with Ty Dolla $ign and Wale. Check out the new song below.
