As Ari Lennox puts the finishing touches on her sophomore album, the Dreamville songstress unleashes her new single “Pressure,” written by Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and Johnta Austin.

“Keep your eyes on me, eyes on me, apply that pressure / Give it, don’t be timid when you in it, apply that pressure / Love up on me, never lonely, I’m needin’ pressure,” sings Ari on the new track.

In the new video, Ari shows how she keeps applying that Pressure throughout the years. While this may appear on Ari’s follow-up to Shea Butter Baby, She has also been in the studio working with heavy hitters such as Missy Elliott, The Neptunes, Dallas Austin, and Babyface. It’s been three years since NOA released her last album Saturn, now the singer/songwriter is ready to release the long-awaited follow-up ‘And Then Life Was Beautiful’ on September 24th. A few weeks after releasing the album title track, NOA is back again with her most stripped-down single titled “Wait.”

 

In the new song, NOA sings about the emotional hills of a relationship rather than running away from the overwhelming feelings. “Trying to run away is only human / But if we stay then we might make it home,” she sings during the chorus. Check out the new song and video below.

Bruno Mars and Anderson.Paak’s Silk Sonic has returned again for their second single, “Skate.” The track is expected to appear on their upcoming An Evening With Silk Sonic, which is slated to arrive this year. The pair aptly described it as a “Summertime Jam” while teasing the track prior to its release.

In the Mars and Florent Dechard-directed video, the duo play drums backed by their band as a team of ladies rollerskate around them in the nostalgic, feel-good clip.”

Back in March singer/songwriter Gallant released his new EP Neptune. Today the singer returns with the official video for the fan favorite track “Dynamite” featuring the vocal bible Brandy. Directed by Bennett Johnson, the clip shows Gallant on a rooftop as the camera shows him from differen angles. Then as lighting strikes we pan to Brandy.

Later on in the video, Gallant and Brandy are seen singing back-to-back on a helipad as the camera twirls around them and the city burns in the background.

NOA is officialy back! After taking a brief hiatus due to pregnancy, the British star is gearing up to release her as-yet-untitled third studio album. Last year NOA gave us the single’s “Woman” featuring Lianne La Havas then she teamed up with Afrobeats star Adekunle Gold earlier this year for the track “Antidote.” and now she’s back with the third single from the impending album, “Messy Love”.

A few weeks after dropping the single NOA is back this week with the official video for Messy Love. Produced by D’Mile, NAO sings about leaving a toxic relationship after being divided on what to do. Check out the new clip below.

Since releasing her Ariana Grande penned single “Motivation” back in 2019, fans have been patiently waiting to hear more from the former Fifth Harmony singer. As we get deeper into the Summer Normani has finally returned. Earlier this week Normani announced her new single Wild Side featuring Cardi B.

Showing off a more seductive side, Normani did not disappoint. Directed by Tanu Muino, Normani showed off her sexy moves while serving multiple looks. “Take me for a ride, boy  Show me your wild side, boy Know it’s been a while, boy I wanna get wild,” sings Normani. Later on in the clip, Normani is joined by Cardi B as the two are embraced in a hug, covering Cardi’s stomach as the video was  filmed before she revealed her pregnancy at the 2021 BET Awards.
